how to book
weddings: a 50% retainer is due to reserve your wedding date.
elopements: a 50% retainer is due to reserve your session time.
*all retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
**a signed contract must accompany the retainer.
cancellation/reschedule policy
weddings: The retainer is non-refundable in cases of cancellation. The retainer may be applied to a new date, if Studio 516 Photography is available. A rescheduling fee may apply if the date is rescheduled less than 90 days before the original wedding date.
elopements: the retainer is non-refundable in cases of cancellation. Elopements may be rescheduled no later than 48 hours in advance of the original time.
copyrights
Studio 516 photography retains copyrights on all photographs produced. It is illegal to scan or reproduce prints, sell, or alter photos in any way. I allow you to use online proofs for personal use online (i.e. email, myspace, facebook, etc.) as long as the original watermark remains intact (it's the nice & legal thing to do).
